Despite the crisis, the Continental Tobacco Group could achieve an about 5 percent annual sales growth in recent years – told Sánta János, the group's president to MTI, on Thursday in Sátoraljaújhely.
The Group operates its only Hungarian-owned tobacco factory in the northern Hungarian town of Sátoraljaújhely. The tobacco factory currently employs about 250 people and its last year's revenue exceeded 13 billion HUF – added Füzi Csaba, CEO. He indicated that the group's turnover last year was around 20 billion HUF – reports MTI.
