Plus stores will be SPAR supermarkets

From 1th of January started the rebanding of the formel Plus stores.

 Spar Hungary singed an agreement for
buying 174 Hungarian Plus stores in March 2008. After Bruessel”s
green light for the business Spar Hungary took the whole Plus chain
on 1th July 2008. Plus Food Discont Ltd finished it work on 31^th
December 2008, from this time the assign of all former business of
the company is Spar.
