SPAR Group: growing acceptance for AI in retail
AI is conquering the world of retail and both shoppers and retailers are positive about the benefits it can bring, according to recent survey conducted by the SPAR Group in December 2024.

The study says seven out of ten consumers already know how to use AI in stores, and around 50% of them have a really positive opinion about it. Attitudes towards AI are highly age-dependent: younger generations (18-54 years old) are more open and satisfied with AI solutions, and they would like to see personalised shopping lists and even in-store digital assistants in stores. //
