Spain may be the winner of the North-African riots

Spain expects the rush of tourists in this year's winter season, due to the Tunisian and Egyptian unrest.

Deputy Tourism Minister of the Canary Islands told, that according to the preliminary datas; until the end of April, 300 thousand more tourists may take a trip to the Canary Islands, than expected. Thus, the hotel occupancy rate of the hotels may reach 85 percent in the Canary Islands – reports Index.
