Book of Beer
In October Corvina published the Book of Beer, which not only tells about the beer revolution of recent years but also pays special attention to the relationship between beer and gastronomy. The book is illustrated with many photos and presents the latest brewing trends, beer types, breweries and beer bars in Hungary and abroad. Readers can also learn how to taste and serve beer, and how to match beer with food. Chef Róbert Rosenstein – the authors of the book are he and beer writer György Vétek – even shares 30 exciting recipes with beer among their ingredients.
