The Pécsi Sörfőzde Zrt. starts utilizing beer by-products
As a result of more than 1.7 billion forints research, the Pécsi Sörfőzde Zrt. (PS Zrt.) intends to solve the development of biologically based brewing technologies and the utilization of by-products generated during the production of beers.
According to the announcement of the Hunbio consortium led by PS Zrt., the process ends with the development of the processing technology and recipe, bringing promising products to market, they said. (MTI)
