Hungarians drank 6.2 million hectoliters of beer last year, according to the data of the Federation of Hungarian Brewers.

The consumption of premium products is constantly growing. The success of the Downtown Beer Festival (Belvárosi Sörfesztivál) also strengtens this trend, where in June this year about 250 different types of beer specialties and unprecedented flavors can be enjoyed.
