Ham floater – Picture of the day

Variations on a theme: “hanging out” ham slices is like drying clothes, but it’s anything but drying. That could be an exam topic at a catering school. We like this serving concept, but as guests, we make sure that while we’re hungry, we don’t run out of food around us… (sorry!).
