The price of online cash registers was too high for the Romanians
The Romanian entrepreneurs are upset, because they believe that a price increase will come after the installation of online cash registers.
The Ministry of Finance estimates that installing the online cash registers would cost 40 to 60 euros to the companies, while estimates are about 200 euros. The government believes that the entrepreneurs do not necessarily need to replace the cash machines, sometimes a software update would be enough. But a number of machine types are not suitable for online connection – Népszabadság wrote.
