Lidl stores sell more Easter ham every year: in 2024, the company sold about 780 thousand tons, which exceeded the results of the previous year by 15 percent.

Easter novelty at Lidl: Lamb can be pre-ordered in the Lidl Plus application

Lidl is enriching its Easter offer with a special innovation this year: now lamb will also be available during the holiday season, and conveniently, by pre-ordering. In addition to traditional Easter delicacies such as ham, cakes and chocolate figures, the supermarket chain is offering fresh lamb for the first time this year, which customers can order in advance exclusively via the Lidl Plus mobile app. This way, customers can conveniently access high-quality meat without missing out. The option to pre-order lamb can be particularly important for those who prefer the traditional Easter menu and want something really special for the festive table. The pre-order process is simple: thanks to the “Click&Pick” function in the Lidl Plus app, the product can be ordered until April 11, which can then be collected at the store of the customer’s choice during the designated period between April 12 and 16.

With this innovation, the company not only supports Easter traditions, but also further develops the digital shopping experience, adapting to modern customer needs. If you want to be sure during your holiday preparations, you should pre-order as soon as possible – as supplies are limited.

Lidl customers also have an extremely wide selection of horseradish, the classic addition to Easter dishes. In addition to traditional horseradish, horseradish specialties will also be on the shelves alongside the Hazánk Kincsei product line, such as creamy-creamy, wasabi, mango-creamy, ginger horseradish or pepper-mayonnaise horseradish cream. In addition, Lidl Plus users will now receive Hazánk Kincsei grated horseradish as a gift after a purchase worth 5,000 forints, thus helping families prepare economically for the holiday. The coupon must be activated in the application and is valid between April 10-13.
