The Intersnack Group has purchased the Estrella Maarud

The Lithuanian competition authority approved the lastest acquisition of the Intersnack Group.

The Düsseldorf-based Intersnack and the Norwegian II. Herkules Private Investment Fund announced in May that the Herkules sells the Estrella Maarud snack manufacturer company to the Intersnack Group, however the transaction involving the Nordic and Baltic regions, become final, after receiving the permission of the Lithuanian Competition Authority.
