Singatoba
Every September Nespresso introduces a special product that is only available for a few weeks. This year they treat coffee lovers with Singatoba from Sumatra. The Arabica Blue Batak beans are hand-picked and fermented in closed bags for one night. Singatoba coffee cherries are fermented, peeled and dried, then transported to Europe. The beans harvested earlier are roasted quickly, while those picked later are roasted very slowly. The result is a rich, fresh and intense brew.
