The program was implemented within the framework of the Interreg VI-A IPA Hungary-Serbia Program, led by the Hungarian Women’s Union Association, in cooperation with Serbian and Hungarian partners. The goal of the boot camp was for the participants to gain practical, immediately applicable knowledge in the fields of business development, innovation and sustainability. During the program, the participants, among other things, gained insight into the operation of a successful family agribusiness at Hódi Paprika Kft., became familiar with the basics of the circular economy and sustainable agricultural solutions, acquired business modeling and design thinking tools, and received an overview of the financing options for agribusinesses. A prominent role was also given to mapping the needs of female entrepreneurs and the practical development of training programs. The boot camp was unique in that it combined theoretical training with practical elements, including a study tour, interactive workshops and professional consultations. The program strengthened cooperation between Hungarian and Serbian participants and contributed to the formation of a professional network that will support the development of female agricultural entrepreneurs even after the project has ended. The ENAG boot camp proved that targeted, practice-oriented training can achieve real change in the development of rural businesses.
