The project provided a comprehensive picture of the situation of female entrepreneurs, while supporting their development with dynamic, innovative training programs. The participants’ knowledge and network were strengthened by intensive boot camps, inspiring study tours and dynamic professional events. An outstanding result was the creation of a modern digital learning platform, which helps interested parties with free, vocational training-level teaching materials. In parallel, cross-border professional cooperation between Hungary and Serbia has also reached a new level. The good practices and modern training methods developed during the project represent value in the long term and can be easily incorporated into other development initiatives. ENAG has actively contributed to the empowerment of women entrepreneurs in the rural economy, while strengthening the foundations of sustainable development in the region. The results achieved provide a stable and inspiring starting point for further cooperation and future developments.
