One of this year’s largest logistics company merge successfully completed in the Czech Republic

On the 1^st of May 2012, the Czech Republic’s logistics market witnessed the successful fusion of the Raben Logistics Czech a.s., the Transkam-Logistik spol. s.r.o. and the Raben Trans European Czech s.r.o. (formerly Wincanton Czech Republic s.r.o.) companies.

As the result of the merger the three companies will now appear as a single service provider on the market, entering in the line of the country's largest logistics companies. The name of the new company is: Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o.

The merger is the consequence of Raben Group’S acquisition wave that the company has implemented on the Central and Eastern European markets in the past years.
