Hungexpo closed a successful half-year

The Hungexpo Zrt. closed the most successful half-year of the recent years. Almost 300 thousand people visited the company’s events between January and May 2016, their number increased by 10 percent, at the fairs 2530 exhibitors debuted, 15 percent more than in the same period last year – the exhibition organizer told MTI on Thursday.

According to the information, Hungexpo’s turnover in the first five months exceeded 4.06 billion HUF, which is 33 percent more than the average of the 2012-14 years.

The Budapest Fair Center, in addition to own trade shows this year hosted, 16 successful events, including the International AIA group Congress and Gala Supper, the EMEA Sales Congress, the PlayIT game exhibition and the Bocuse d'Or Europe international chef competition. (MTI)
