The merger of Shopfully and Offerista creates Europe’s leading Drive-to-Store player, expanding from a focus on the DACH region to a global presence.
A new Shopfully logo and brand identity will be introduced in all regions.
Budapest, February 19, 2025 – Offerista Group, Europe’s largest digital retail marketing network, announced that it will continue to operate under the name Shopfully. This milestone marks a full commercial and brand integration with Shopfully, making the company the leading Drive-to-Store player in Europe.

Founded in Germany in 2008, Offerista has expanded rapidly in recent years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions in Germany, Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. From the end of 2023, Offerista and Shopfully joined forces, gradually integrating their resources. As a result, the two companies will now operate under the Shopfully brand name with a new, unified logo and brand identity in all markets.
