Sfinks Polska restaurants in Hungary

Polish restaurateur plans to launch more than 20 operations in Hungary until 2011.

The first Hungarian Sfinks Polska operates in Mamut Plaza, the second outlet opens soon in Arena Plaza. The Warsaw-listed company, which operates Polish chains Sphinx and Chlopskie Jadlo (Peasant Grab), plans to open 224 restaurants in Poland and the Central European region over 2007-2010, expanding its network to 320 outlets.
