Assistance in certifying land usage
Recently the presidents of NAK and MAGOSZ have participated in talks with the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Agriculture to clarify the legal background for certifying land usage in cases where it wasn’t possible in the past. Result: a bona fide, unauthorised user applying for funding becomes a legitimate land user too if NAK’s regional agronomist issues a private document that certifies the land usage and contains the user’s identification data, and the identification data and the size of the land used.
