Apricot directly from the producer

Although this year's apricot season started with high prices, Tisza-side producers continued their fruit offers in the capital. After strawberries and cherries, now they are selling apricot directly to consumers, to get the cash immediately.

The organizer of the fair, the Alliance for the Living Tisza (SZÖVET) is trying to eliminate the commercial chains and fighting against the low purchase prices by bringing the producers into the market.
The vegetables and fruit offers are a good deal also for producers and consumera but there are difficulties. The changing weather conditions and the different infections can easily destroy the crop. In addition, among customers delay can cause annoyance, so inaccurant farmers will be sanctioned. They should sell the food 30 percent cheaper per hour. Apricot offer lasts until Friday – reports Origo.
