Cheese Festival will be held on Saturday in Csermajor

Cheese competition, cheese knight inauguration, cheese tasting, the country's largest Pannonia cheese and milk combat will waiting for those who visit the fifteenth edition of the cheese festival on Saturday in Csermajor.

Wellner Andrea, the main organizer of the event told MTI that the cheese festival will actually begin on Friday, but the first day is strictly for professional programs. The cheese competition will be held on Friday also however, the announcement of the results will be part of Saturday's program.

Saturday morning opens with a  brass band concert at the start of the event then, after the official opening of the festival, the best cheese of the festival will be announced.

Beside the traditional folk music shows and concerts, there will be a milk drinking competition as well – Wellner s Andrea added. (MTI)
