Cheese judge training started
Cheese judge training began with the support of the National Chamber of Agricultural Economics (NAK) and the Milk Interprofessional Organization and Product Council, organized by the Association of Hungarian Chefs.
The 25 prospective cheese judges participating in the course will help the work of cheese makers, merchants and restaurants in the future, taking into account the interests and quality of the service provided to consumers. (MTI)
