A unique dining experience
It is rather curious why restaurateurs keep challenging darkness. In July, another blind restaurant opened, now in Toronto, the name of the place is O.NOIR. Waiters and the piano player are blind; guests have to order in the lobby and are asked to turn off their mobile phones or anything else that projects light. Then they enter the restaurant to try how food tastes when they do not see it. In Hungary Vak Elefánt opened in 2002, but it did not work for long; in our country a menu in written in Braille would already be a great improvement.
