Sága-research on Hungarian women – less housework and more time with the family
The study made by Sága Foods Plc. reveals that seven out of ten women wishes to spend less time with cooking and more time with her family.
The aim of the research was to show how much time an average housewife spends with different houseworks, among which a hierarchy of preferences was to be established – most of the Hungarian housewifes spend 1-2 hours in the kitchen and cook almost every day. While 54% voted for cooking as the most prefered job, ironing turned out to be the least prefered one. One solution is to involve the family in cooking, but Sága also aims to help housewives with products that can be prepared easily to that they can spend more time with the family.
