E-shoppers want flexibility
A survey UPS commissioned from comScore Inc.revealed that online shoppers in Europe want more delivery and payment options. More than 60 percent of e-shoppers buy online using their desktop or laptop computers. 43 percent of tablet computer owners and 26 percent of those who have a smartphone have already used their devices for buying something online. 87 percent of the survey’s participants are willing to do something for a free delivery, for instance 43 percent buy more products.
