The Labor Code will be more flexible
From the 1st of July the Labor Code will change in a number of points. The new law, that was adopted in December will significantly influence the labor relations after it will enter into force.
The changes aim to make the regulations more flexible and to create more realistic internal environment control. Law adopters welcome the changes in the law, however in several points it is questionable that the current labor market can properly manage and adapt to these changes. (press release of PwC)
