PENNY Hungary continues to focus on customer needs during the summer months: from June 16 to August 31, several key holiday destinations will offer extended opening hours. The aim is to provide more convenient and flexible shopping options for both vacationers and locals, while supporting carefree relaxation with a fresh, seasonal assortment and new product launches.

Summer vibes and wallet-friendly offers

PENNY’s seasonal selection has everything shoppers need for weekend barbecues and summer evenings—all in one place. In addition to classic sausages, marinated meats, and fresh fish, shelves are stocked with private-label grilling cheeses and fruits and vegetables sourced from local producers. At stores near Lake Balaton, special emphasis is placed on practical holiday essentials such as coolers, pools, beach chairs, water pistols, and a wide range of barbecue accessories.

PENNY is also prepared for the hot days: customers can choose from over 100 types of boxed, stick, and cone ice creams. Alongside the classic flavors of the Rios private-label range, popular specialties such as salted caramel, pistachio, and fruity sorbets are also available. For those who enjoy refreshing drinks, three varieties of non-alcoholic Radlers offer the perfect refreshment for grilling, picnics, or family days at the beach.
