The Rossmann Hungary has introduced a new artificial intelligence assistant called Rozi on shop.rossmann.hu. According to the company, the AI solution handled more than 4,000 customer conversations in just three weeks, and the feedback was typically positive.
According to Rossmann, users most often ask the chatbot-like assistant for product recommendations, information about promotions, store search, and order information. According to the company, Rozi can also respond to more complex questions, such as in store search situations related to route and product availability.
The Molin AI team participated in the launch as a partner. According to Rossmann, the goal of the development is to provide fast, accurate and easily accessible information on digital channels, thereby strengthening the customer experience.
