Consumer sentiment worsened in the United States in July
In the United States, the consumer sentiment index of the Conference Board economic research institute indicated an expected slowdown in economic growth in July to a greater extent than expected, for the third month now.
Based on the report published on the website of the Conference Board, the consumer confidence index for July decreased by 2.7 points to 95.7 points from 98.4 points in June. Analysts expected 97.2 points for July. (MTI)
