The number of guest nights increased by more than 40 percent in the first ten months in Romania
In Romania, the number of guest nights in commercial accommodation increased by 40.7 percent to 18.487 million in the first ten months of this year, compared to the same period last year, the Romanian National Statistical Institute announced on Friday.

Romanian tourism boasts improving performance
Domestic tourists spent 91.6 percent of the guest nights, 16.933 million, up 38.5 percent from last year. The number of guest nights spent by foreign tourists also rose spectacularly, by more than 70 percent, to 1.553 million after last year’s extremely low base. (MTI)
