Romania still enjoying growth
According to an estimate by Eurostat, retail sales in the EU-27 countries were down by 0.2 percent on average, and by 1.5 percent in the Euro zone in November 2008, compared to November 2007. Romania still produced growth (6.8 percent), while Latvia showed a decline of 15.1 percent.
