Lidl would expand in Romania and Bulgaria

Lidl would significantly expand its network in Romania in 2012. According to local newspapers; the German retail chain would open 65 new units across the country, resulting in 200 stores by the end of the year.
For the expansion, the company is supposed to spend one million euros. The company besides Romania would expand in Bulgaria,: In January, the company indicated that beside the current 50 local units, the Lidl will open 15 more stores in 2012 – writes Világgazdaság Online.
