In Romania, the value of foreign direct investment increased by almost 142 percent last year
In Romania, the value of foreign direct investment increased by almost 142 percent last year to 7.251 billion euros compared to 2020, the National Bank of Romania said on Monday.
Of the 7.251 billion euros, equity accounted for 5.777 billion euros, and a further 1.474 billion euros for intra-group loans.
In 2020, 3.005 billion euros in capital investment flowed into the Romanian economy, which is 41.9 percent less than in 2019, when 5.173 billion euros in capital investment was recorded. (MTI)
