Retail turnover in Romania increased by 4.5 percent in the first three quarters of this year
In Romania, according to raw data, the volume of retail trade increased by 4.5 percent in the first three quarters of this year compared to the same period last year, the Romanian National Statistics Institute announced on Tuesday.

Compared to August, retail sales increased by 3.6 percent on a raw basis and by 0.8 percent on an adjusted basis
According to the value adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects, the increase was 5.6 percent in the examined period. In September, according to raw data, the volume of retail trade increased by 2.5 percent compared to the ninth month of last year. According to the value adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects, the expansion was 3.2 percent.
Compared to August, retail sales increased by 3.6 percent in raw data and by 0.8 percent in adjusted terms.
