In Romania, retail sales increased 11.9 percent in the first three quarters
In Romania, according to raw data, the volume of retail sales increased by 11.9 percent in the first nine months of this year, compared to the same period last year, the Romanian National Statistical Institute said on Friday.
According to the seasonally and calendar-adjusted value, the expansion was 10.8 percent.
The increase, according to raw data, was mainly due to non-food products, whose sales volume increased by 17.6 percent, fuel sales increased by 11.8 percent, while food, beverages and tobacco products sales increased by 6 percent. (MTI)
