Romanian Cigarette smugglers were caught in Zala
The finance guards of the National Tax and Customs Office (NAV) found more than 2.6 million HUF worth smuggled cigarettes in a consignment on the M70 highway – the Zala County NAV told MTI on Tuesday.
Joó Hilda press officer said that the finance guards found the smuggled cigarettes in the spare tyre and within the seats of car with Romanian license plates. More than 54 thousand Ukrainian origin cigrettes were found without Hungarian excise stamps. (MTI)
