JD.com opens robotic stores in the Netherlands
Under the name Ochama, JD.com opens two robotic stores in Leiden and Rotterdam. It is the first time that JD.com opens a physical store in Europe. The name Ochama blends the terms ‘omnichannel’ and ‘amazing’. Shoppers can visit the store’s showroom that presents the entire assortment, or may choose next-day home delivery.
