KFC Tests Fast Food of the Future in Moscow

This KFC kitchen in Moscow in the “restaurant of the future”, allowing guests to watch the preparation process of their order as it is being assembled and transported along a conveyor belt. A special Robotic hand moves the order into a cell, where it is stored for no longer than 10 minutes. The cell opens automatically with a facial recognition system, also installed in automatic hot drink filling machines.
