Coca-Cola Hungary’s #énjövőm platform has published educational materials for developing resilience
Flexibility and adaptability are key in both work and private life. The just-published free learning materials of Coca-Cola Hungary’s #énjövőm program help users to strengthen these essential skills.
Resilience, or flexibility in other words, refers to the ability of individuals to recover, adapt and move forward in the face of difficulties, stressful situations and challenges. This ability of ours is just like a willow stick that bends but never breaks. When the storms of life try to break us, our resilience allows us to adapt and keep our balance.
Resilience is not just about avoiding adversity, but also about how we learn from and grow from our experiences. For example, someone who is flexible is able to notice that challenges are also opportunities and not just obstacles.
The Guide to Developing Mental Resilience Volumes I and II.course materials are designed to introduce users to ways to develop resilience and provide practical tools to help them become stronger in the face of adversity. These enable us to move on from crises – be they work-related or personal – stronger and wiser, thus increasing our mental resilience and our attitude to solving problems.
Dr. Erika Sinkó, a development trainer and business coach, was a partner of the #énvæstöm program in compiling teaching materials that develop essential skills for finding a job, keeping a job, and avoiding burnout.
