Retro 4 (in memoriam listing)
Since Act 95/2009 on the prohibition of unfair market conduct by the suppliers of the food product life cycle entered into force, several conciliation meetings were organised by the trade. So far no Retro at all: preparation for the law’s implementation has been completely 21st-century. We celebrated a great victory when the maximised 3 percent background condition was omitted from the text. Let us examine this victory a bit more closely. Purchasers now say shelves are not made from flexible material: from now on how will they pick from the different producer brands? Based on ATL power – an attribute of the big players. In the future purchasers might not take the risk of taking on some new, innovative products, because they will not receive SOMETHING that they used to cover their risks UP UNTIL NOW. Listing is apparently dead, it lived 20 years.
