Hungarian producers can partially fill the gap in the market of organic products
Ukraine and Russia are also major producers in Europe of a wide variety of field crops, especially wheat and oilseeds. The two countries, according to their weight, also produce large quantities of the same crops in organic farming by bio-qualification. Due to the war situation, these items have now dropped out of the European cycle, which has generated a demand market, dr. Péter Roszík is an honorary associate professor, the head of Biokontroll Hungária Nonprofit Kft., Which performs Hungarian bioqualifications.
