None of these statements were true.

The Timing In Central Europe (TICE) Kft. responded in a letter to Népszabadság, the newspaper, that first wrote about the scandal. As it is written, Kovács Pál, TICE’s reseller in South Hungary, the head of the Kőrös ABH Kft. wrote letters to his clients without informing the TICE Kft. He claimed in his letters, that the system of TICE enjoys political support and the company is the only firm that the Minister of Finances and President of the NAV discussed with.
