We spent a lot on eMAG this carnival
The 2023 carnival season ended on Ash Wednesday, during which costumes and masks were ordered online from eMAG at an average gross price of around HUF six thousand. Among the products intended for children, superhero and animal figure costumes were the most popular, and among the ones worn by adults, the most popular were profession-related (e.g. policeman, stewardess) and film-related outfits.
The carnival, which lasts from the beginning of January to the second half of February, is only one of the outstanding periods of the year in terms of costume sales. Following the increasingly popular Halloween and themed New Year’s Eve parties, the turnover of costumes and masks on the eMAG Marketplace is almost constantly strong from the end of September to December – the vast majority of them it is sold by trading partners on the platform.
