A regulation will define what constitutes to be a Hungarian product

The concept of the Hungarian products will be defined in the food industry – said Kardeván Endre, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Rural Development, responsible for food chain supervision and agricultural management, at background discussions held on the occasion of the Kézműves Magyar Ízek Fair in Budapest on Wednesday.

The Secretary added, that the ministerial decree on the Hungarian products is beyond conciliation, and soon be signed, if it do not need EU approval, otherwise the procedure lasts for 3 months – reports penzcentrum.hu.
