A record number of applications were received to the Farm Development Program
This year a record number of 1775 applications were received to the applications of the Farm Development Program, that means a 75 percent increase compared to 2013 – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) announced on Wednesday in Budapest at the 77th National Agricultural and Food Industrial Exhibition and Fair (OMÉK).
V. Németh Zsolt, Minister of State responsible for Environmental Affairs, Agricultural Development and Hungaricums told that under the Farm Development Program, since 2011, the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) provided approximately 6.2 billion HUF support, while this year 1.4 billion HUF is available.
