The value of China's foreign trade is on record level
The value of China's foreign trade amounted to a record high three trillion (3,000 billion) USD in mid-week, according to preliminary calculations – states the Beijing customs office.
The symbolic limit 1 trillion (1,000 billion) USD was exceeded in 2004, 2 trillions (2,000 billion) in 2007.
This year, the value of exports and imports in the first three quarters of the year increased by an annual 24.6 percent to 2.678 trillion USD, and in October reached the new record level with a 322.56 billion USD increase – reports MTI.
