The Hungarian Post handled a record number of packages
Last year, Magyar Posta handled over 41 million packages, of which 30 percent in the fourth quarter. Since the commitments made before the holidays were fulfilled, the number of complaints decreased – Világgazdaság Online wrote.
In recent years, the domestic e-commerce sector has shown a dynamic growth, with the volume of package deliveries rising substantially. Last year, the post office handled slightly more than 41 million packages and packages containing goods, which represents an increase of 5 percent, compared to 2017 – the Hungarian Post informed Világgazdaság.
