Traffic Record at the Budapest Airport
A total of 840 thousand passengers visited the Liszt Ferenc International Airport in April, which is an all-time monthly record.
Hardy Mihály, communications director of the Budapest Airport told on Wednesday that the 840 thousand passengers exceeds previous April's level with 10.8 percent, while the expansion, compared to the beginning of the year was 12.1 percent. The number of landings and take-offs (known as aircraft movements) increased by 3.9 percent, compared to April last year, the flights had an average occupancy rate of 79.8 percent. (MTI)
