Praktiker plans to grow further
Praktiker achieved a record turnover last year. The 47.8 billion forints revenue of the DIY chain that is present on the Hungarian market for 20 years is 22 percent ie 8.6 billion forints higher than in 2016, Karl-Heinz Keth, Managing Director of Praktiker Kft. told at a press conference in Budapest.
He added that an additional 10 percent growth is expected this year.
The Managing Director emphasized that online sales were 6 percent of last year’s total turnover, while in 2014 its share was only 1.4 percent. The company expects further growth in web traffic.
