The tourism in Gyula closed a record year in 2016. The number of guest nights, as well as the attendance into the Castle bath and the Castle exceeded the previous data.
Last year, 472 754 overnight stays were registered in the accommodations in Gyula. This is an increase of ten percent compared to 2015. This is now the sixth consecutive year in the spa town that the number of guest nights is increasing – Komoróczki Alíz managing director of the Gyulai Turisztikai Nonprofit Kft. Tourism Office told.
